3. Return Process

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will dispatch the replacement product.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original product. The shipping cost for the replacement product will be covered by us.
